We ultimately want you to be successful while using our ProTraderOnline strategies so we offer the following to all of our customers:

·         During the times our strategies generates trades, we offer a live trading room to help assist you in learning the strategy and perfecting your trading. 

·         We welcome and encourage questions.  We are here to help you become profitable using our trading strategies.

·         We offer links to outside sources to further assist you with your trading.

·         As traders ourselves, we have learned so many valuable lessons, many the hard way and we look to share our experiences with our customers in
hopes to help you grow.

·         We are not looking to just sell a product; we take pride in our trading strategy and look forward to assisting all of our customers to become profitable.

·         We show publically on our website actual screen shots of our strategies working on a daily basis for over a year, both winning and losing days. Remember consistency over time is what generates profitability.

Our ProTraderOnline trading strategy has been tested over years.  On average it has generated 20% to 30% return monthly when executed according to its specific guidelines.  Our pledge to you is if the ProTraderOnline strategies does not achieve 10% ROI for the first month while trading our system "outlined in the Members Area" due to a failure in the ProTraderOnline software and system strategies,  you will receive your payment back for the lease of the software.

We understand you may be using a demo account at first until you get  comfortable with the software, therefore all you need to show us is that the system didn"t perform as we promised and would have failed according to our guidelines.

The money back guarantee only applies to the leased option of the software.  It does not apply to the purchased option of the software. Any request for a refund must be submitted in writing within 7 days after your first 30 day lease.  Payment for your second months lease signifies that your happy with your software and your 30 day guarantee is then void. Purchase must be documented by an invoice from ProTraderOnline.com with corresponding dates.  Contact via email is also required to acknowledge the submission of the request for a refund.

Exclusion

ProTraderOnline.com will not be held responsible in any way for any unforeseen financial market disaster.  Natural Disasters and Acts of Terrorism, although highly unlikely, may occur and may impact the financial markets.  Any losses incurred due to such event will be excluded from our terms and conditions of the money-back guarantee.
